Pile Drivers Inc. – PM16 Refresh & Upgrades

Pile Drivers Inc. entrusted Foundation Equipment Services with a mid-level overhaul of their Junttan PM16 pile driving machine to prepare it for upcoming production work. Although not a full rebuild, the project focused on key reliability and performance areas to ensure the machine returned to the field in strong operating condition.

The scope included a complete service inspection, replacement of critical wear components, hydraulic repairs, electrical diagnostics, and targeted updates to improve overall efficiency. Our team addressed several long-standing issues, corrected improper previous repairs, and ensured all systems were functioning safely and consistently.

Completed at our Green Cove Springs workshop, the refresh provided Pile Drivers Inc. with a dependable, tuned-up PM16 ready for continued service. This project reflects our commitment to providing fast, transparent, high-quality support for contractors who rely on their machines every day.
