Specialty Sheet Piler Upgrade

ASAP Group brought their specialized telescopic boom sheet pile machine to Foundation Equipment Services, Inc after experiencing significant operational issues following repairs performed by another vendor. The customer had gone through a cabin replacement and other major repairs, but several critical systems were left incomplete or improperly reinstalled. As a result, the integrated vibratory hammer control system, cabin tilting system, and multiple functions were inoperable due to faulty wiring and unresolved defects. What should have been straightforward repairs turned into extended downtime and major frustration for the customer.

Once the machine arrived at our workshop in Green Cove Springs, the FES team developed, implemented, and tested a full corrective action plan in just two and a half weeks. This included designing and installing an entirely new control system built with long-term reliability in mind, as well as simplifying the electrical architecture to allow for fast and intuitive troubleshooting in the future. The transformation was immediate. What had become a serious headache for ASAP Group was quickly resolved through the comprehensive solutions provided by FES, returning the machine to a safe, reliable, and fully functional operating condition.
